Faith in Action: The Women’s Group of Eternal Trinity Lutheran Church

Each week, long before the first hymn sounds on Sunday morning, a dedicated team of women gathers to turn our church into a welcoming place of worship. The Women’s Group meets on Thursday mornings to carry out the quiet but essential tasks that keep Eternal Trinity shining.

Housekeeping With Heart
Vacuum cleaners hum, dust cloths glide, and friendly chatter fills the hallway as the women sweep, polish, and tidy every corner of the church. From nursery toys to freshening up the kitchen, their thorough cleaning ensures that members and visitors alike enter a spotless, inviting space.

Gardens That Preach God’s Beauty
Outside, flower beds are weeded and mulched, shrubs are trimmed, and fresh blooms are planted so the grounds mirror the beauty of God’s creation. Their care makes the church’s first impression a testimony to stewardship and hospitality.

Color and Creativity for Young Disciples
Additionally, the Fellowship Hall presents engaging bulletin boards and door décor for the Sunday school classrooms. The bright visuals spark children’s excitement for Bible stories, snacks, and games. Seasonal themes, memory verse posters, and interactive displays remind our youngest members that church is a joyful place to learn about Jesus.

Threads of Comfort: The Prayer Shawl Ministry
Love doesn’t end with mops and marigolds. Each week, the group prays for those in need. Each Prayer Shawl is infused with prayer. These soft wraps are blessed and delivered to hospital patients, new mothers, and anyone in need of comfort, wrapping them in tangible reminders of God’s care.
